Job Purpose

Provide best in class business tools, processes and strategic guidance to ensure best market approach for the Business Unit

Major Accountabilities

1. Obtain a complete picture of the BU needs, market trends and competitive environment, identifying opportunities and risks for the BU and providing strategic guidance based on the market and competition dynamics
2. Develop and maintain best-in class SFE framework including Segmentation and Targeting, call planning, resource allocation and incentive plans
3. Provide the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive strategic and tactical changes to maximize BU results and ensure efficacy and efficiency of resources
4. Manage and coordinate the relevant projects for the BU
5. Provide support on multichannel and digital initiatives relevant for the BU

Key Performance Indicators

- BU financial performance
- Satisfacction level of the BU relevant stakeholders
- Key opportunities and risks identified, communicated and actioned
- Innovation added and improvements implemented that impact the BU way of working
- Projects led withtin the BU
- Level of integration in the BU team

Requisitos mínimos

Education:
University degree either in Business, Analytics or Health

Languages:
Fluent Spanish and English

Experience:
3 years’ experience in business consulting with strong analytical skills and data management expertise.
Pharma Expertise is required
Hospitals and Biosimilars knowledge will be an asset
