The Position

In the Solution Integration & Services Governance and Services department you will be part of a team which provides and develops a series of software project services for all software projects within Roche Diagnostics.

The team services are in the area of reporting, database engineering, tool portfolio, license management, code signing and localization. Thru collaboration with our internal world-wide software projects the team evolves the tooling to meet the continuously changing needs.

The team consists of software engineers, database engineers, reporting experts and license and tool managers who are based in Spain and Switzerland. In this team you have the ability to collaborate, contribute and learn from a broad spectrum of software projects using a wide range of technologies.

Join a team that supports the internal software projects providing a set of standard services. Being part in license management, software tool management and archiving you will help the internal software projects to focus on their main objectives. Together with the whole team you will learn from our customers and improve our processes and tools continuously. You will ensure the Roche internal development standards and best practices in all areas of the team.

In this role, you will contribute in the following major activities:

·  License management of software development tools across multiple sites
·  Being a link between software projects, procurement departments and manufacturers
·  Support developers with licenses specific issues
·  Support management to optimize license costs
·  Software tool management to ensure compliance in a regulated software development environment
·  Support software projects in the tool approval workflow
·  Being a link between projects and the departments quality, validation&verification and cyber security
·  Documentation work in the areas of compliance reviews, project and tool guidance to meet regulatory and quality standards
·  Manage long term archiving of software releases
·  Support software projects to comply to manufacturing and distribution processes
·  Upload and retrieval of software releases
·  Maintain a high data consistency and reliability in all service areas and take responsibility to achieve this
·  Create reporting requirements in collaboration with the BI team and our internal customers

·  Very good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general software tool affinity

·  You are able to foster new ideas while displaying a hands-on attitude and managing to maintain focus in an environment of open two-way communication.
·  Previous work experiences in a regulatory environment is a plus
·  Being able to write SQL queries is a plus
·  You are able to travel from time to time.
