Procurement Agent

Accountabilities:

·  Understand all business and legal needs referring to supplier service contracting.
·  Gathering and preparation of all supplier required information.
·  Data Reporting for contracted services in Roche corporate's applications.
·  Coordination with IT Department to manage all required accesses to Roche's corporate applications.
·  Supplier database maintenance and follow up to track status and end dates.
·  Analyze and suggest process optimization actions for supplier onboarding, maintenance and offboarding.
·  Point of contact for all internal clients (service owners) and suppliers for tasks related to new supplier onboarding, maintenance and offboarding.

Qualifications:

·  Business Administration degree or similar.
·  Project Management training or similar will be of value.
·  Advanced level of English (written and oral).
·  Advanced in Office and knowledge of SAP (Procurement).

Work experience and capabilities:

·  Minimum of 2 years' experience within Procurement or Administration.
·  Experience managing suppliers, service contracting or administrative support in a Procurement Department.
·  Experience dealing with Procurement processes, request to pay and managing supplier data.
·  It is essential to be proactive and organized for the position.
