Delivery & Process Operations (DPO) is an area specialized in the continuous improvement of processes into the IT Operational landscape. DPO assures IT Infrastructure Operations enter a virtuous cycle of improvement that leads them to leaner, more productive, efficient, reliable, predictable and adaptable working processes.

The main customers of DPO are; Account/Service Managers, Solution Owners & Component owners, Infrastructure Engineering and IT Infrastructure Operations and their Leadership Teams.

This position requires flexibility and a high willingness to accept and lead change in a dynamic and changing delivery environment.

Your main job accountabilities in this position will be;

Provides support for Infrastructure Services teams and the Document Administration Office in regards the Group Informatics Document Standards and regulatory requirements (Good Documentation Practices, Computerized System Validation, IT Infrastructure Qualification approach, GxP, etc.).

Manage the Document Administration Office Service to ensure the proper Service Level Agreements and related KPIs are met and follow-up

Contribute to the upkeep of the appropriate knowledge on regulatory matters in global IT Operations.

Training and awareness of the IT Operations Compliance.

For this position, the ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2-4 years' industry experience as Service Manager is desired.

Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics as well to adapt to changing environment/technologies

High-level verbal and written communication skills (English language), with a sharp eye for details

Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deliverables, and stakeholders.

Familiar with digital media and experience with usage of Microsoft Office Suite (for example, MS Word) as well as with collaboration tools cloud-based as well to have to have experience working with an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries is a plus.
