Execute daily production following SOP, ensure timeline and quality requirement.

Complete production records on time and support on review, e.g. material weighing, stirring speed and time, temperature record, cleaning and sanitizing, and so on.

按时完成各项生产记录并支持其的审核，例如物料称重、搅拌速度和时间、温度记录、清洁消毒等等。

Support line lead/engineer/manager on documentation, and strictly execute GDP (Good Documentation Practice).

支持班组长/工程师/经理的文档管理工作，严格执行“良好文件规范（GDP）”

Be responsible for or engage in 5S management and participate in Lean activities in compounding work area.

负责或参与指定配液区域的5S管理，同时参与其他精益生产活动。

Coordinate and communicate within production and cross-functional, and support on/participate in process and equipment validation.

与生产团队内部以及跨部门沟通和协调，支持/参与工艺验证和设备验证。

Engage in environment monitor including Purified water, Clean stream, Process gas and HVAC & hygiene zone rooms by collaborating with site service and QC

与厂务和QC部门合作，参与对生产区域以及相关设备包括纯水系统，洁净蒸汽，氮气，空调以及洁净区监控的相关工作。

Assist compounding engineer/team lead to ensure timely processing of product quality issues, systematic investigation and analysis, support the technical solution and actions as well as documentation.

协助配液工程师/经理及时处理产品质量问题，完成系统调查分析，技术方案和执行以及文件化。

Assist line leader/engineer/manager on creating and editing small equipment SOP

/工程师/经理，起草和修改小设备的SOP。

Assistants in new employee training

Complete other tasks from shift leader, engineer and manager.

完成班组长、工程师和生产经理安排的其它任务。
