Job facts
Job Purpose:
· Work with the RDC Digital team to increase customer value, business value and agility by becoming more customer centric, leveraging synergies and Smart cross collaborating with other teams
· Cross functional alignment within Digital and with other teams in RDC
· Digital Change management
· Digital Governance which includes processes and gates
· Digital Operating model
· Contribute in shaping the RDC E2E process from a digital perspective
Key Accountabilities:
· Define working model within Digital and with R&D, SCS and other teams/stakeholders and its corresponding interfaces
· Ensure clarity in Roles & Responsibilities
· Ensure discipline in the defined ways of working and ensure adaptation to evolution of ways of working
· Ensure efficient and effective ways of working
· Manage changes in the Digital team to minimize impacts (e.g. changes in ways of working, in the team, etc.)
Key skills and Experience:
· 5+ years in large multi-national organizations
· 3+ years in change management roles involved in Digital transformations bringing traditional business and new business models together
· Experience in pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ medical device industry and/or highly regulated environments
· Experience in leading change programs/projects effectively in cross-functional teams spread in different geographies
· Experience in managing diverse teams with different cultures, ways of working, backgrounds, etc.
· Excellent academic profile: MSc, MBA, MD advantageous
· Fluent in English, skills in German or any other language is an asset
· Change Management certification
· Agile certification by the ScrumAlliance or similar certification standards is an asset
· Customer focused (internal and external), growth & explorer mindsets communicative, approachable and fun
· Persistence to overcome challenges during the journey
· Interpersonal, problem solving skills, compelling storyboarding, presentation skills and influencing abilities
· Stakeholder management and intellectual curiosity, creative thinking
