Which team you'd be working with:

The IT team of ERPGlobalFinance and Procurement , is organised according to process domains and there is a great opportunity to join one of these teams - Upstream Procurement .

The Upstream Procurement Team provides global projects, solutions and services, SAP and non-SAP, working closely with Global Procurement. In the position of Business System Analyst (BSA) and being based in Budapest, you will be responsible foroverseeing and performing all analysis and conceptual activities.

In collaboration with our Business and IT stakeholders, you will enhance and develop new features as per business requirements, in accordance with Procurement Solutions Portfolio. You will be working as part of a team of IT professionals located in Budapest, Switzerland and San Francisco. You will also work closely with the IT Solution Centre in Poland and will be required to coordinate external resources as needed.

As a member of the Upstream Procurement team, your day to day responsibilities will be:

Capturing user requirements related to business processes within the enterprise and document effective business requirements

· 
Being the System Owner of the MDG Platform for Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics Divisions

· 
Coordinating of maintenance and enhancements for MDG Platform

· 
Contributing to project work-streams and deliverables, and sometimes taking the lead

· 
Acting as a subject matter expert, working closely with the business process managers (BPMs) in the procurement area to identify opportunities and drive standardisation and continuous improvement

· 
Producing accurate functional and design specifications with the sufficient level of detail that allows the traceability with test documentation

· 
Providing content knowledge and utilise problem solving skills for complex issues, and provide guidance to Operational teams where needed

As an ideal team member you bring the following qualifications and experience:

· 
8+ years of experience with one or more of the following processes and supporting technologies: Contract to Request, Supplier Management & Collaboration, Contract Management or Supplier Lifecycle Management

· 
Knowledge on source to pay end to end process

· 
Development and configuration of business applications in a global environment

· 
Experience conducting/leading requirements and design sessions with business process owners

· 
Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented team player and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively

· 
Demonstrated experience making deep and critical analysis to support decision making

· 
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluent English
