KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & holistic activations
· Develop the deck and drive the process of the Market Action Plan for Cartier North America (strategic plan, once a year).
· Contribute to the definition and articulation of the strategic directions of Cartier North America.
· Help create and manage documentation of 360 Strategic Activations for the market inclusive of Network, Client, Product, Branding & Corporate initiatives.
Intelligence & Data Analytics
· Identify, gather, extract, compute and process targeted data as well as qualitative feedbacks from stakeholders and internal/external intelligence sources in order to generate targeted insights and KPIs so as to drive performance, decision making and learning.
· Feed the team and projects with internal and external insights - in any form, from any source - in order to bring perspective, inspiration and benchmarks to the projects and broader vision/strategy.
Budgets
· Gather information and manage the overall Marketing and Communications budgets reporting tools in collaboration with the teams.
· Identify opportunities, propose solutions and implement improvements of process and reporting tools.
Strategic Projects Management
· Support the team on the strategic transversal projects (help set up timelines, design and update articulations and frameworks, design decks and executive summaries)
· Put together a proposal of project and present it to the SVP of Marketing and Communications. If approved then lead the project, implement and post-analyze it.
Top Management Meetings & Business Reviews
· Support the team in the preparation of the Executive Committees, Sales Meetings, International visits and project/taskforces meetings.
Internal Communications & Team Productivity
· Prepare and send out announcements, updates and meetings follow-ups on behalf the Strategic Planning department generic email and reply to inquiries.
· Manage the Strategic Planning team calendar
· Propose and improve tools to improve productivity for the team and the whole organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
· 1-2 years experience in relevant positions
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Robust organizational skills but with an entrepreneurial flair and drive
· Experience in working transversally with key functions in a market/HQ
· Effective, versatile and action-oriented
· Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment
· Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficient in English
Eligibility to the VIE Program
· Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
· Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
