Job description

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be a key member of the L&D team responsible for the development of Cartier's boutique teams, engaging and training retail Sales Associates and mangement to consistently meet expectations and animate client journeys, selling philosophy and leadership skills. You will collaborate across the business to address knowledge and skills gaps, deliver appropriate training solutions to develop our individuals and teams including in-person and digital facilitation, 1:1 and team coaching. You will spend 80% of your time in our boutiques across Turkiye to observe employees and build prescence in our boutiques and measure the learning transfer to on the job performance.  

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Turkish    with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You hold a minimum of 3 years prior L&D experience within a retail environment, preferably luxury, which includes facilitation of learning workshops, observation and coaching. In your career you have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in individual and team coaching with an emphasis on product training, client development and customer excellence. Train the Trainer certification is a plus.
