The job itself

You are a key player on Richemont Customer Service Activity follow-up and performance tracking. With this in mind, you provide analysis, expertise and perspective in a complex and evolving environment impacted by Group functions, Maisons and Regional visions and projects. 
You coordinate the budget process, ensuring appropriate estimates, projections and future impacts are fully understood by Top Management and key Stakeholders. You support Customer Service areas and act as a reference in CS/Finance community bringing financial proficiency in CS projects.

The responsabilities in more details :

Reporting & Analysis :

·  You ensure activity follow-up and provide CS reports with high level of transparency, accuracy. 
·  You control target achievement and support understanding on key drivers, leveraging financial efficiency and operational excellence.
·  You act as a reference to all CS community, providing relevant analysis to all questions rised from CS and Finance teams. 

Management of Budget process & Forecasting

·  You prepare and publish refernce documents which will serve for budget discussions and validation with the Top Management
·  You establish dynamic and multi-dimensional models to support forecasting on CS activity and network evolution

Project :

·  You are a key player in the CS teams to implement some of the initiatives in line with your role
·  You support strategic projects by bringing financial expertise and operational analysis
·  You are a key player in reporting BI migration projects

Your profile for the role

·  Business School or Master Degree in Finance or Controlling
·  A minimum of 3 years experience in a controlling role, finance or audit 
·  You are organized, reliable, open-minded, hard worker, and agile
·  You have excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Powerpoint. 
·  You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. 
·  You have a good sense of humour, a good team-spirit and a good dose of flexibility.
