Job Description

  To manage & coordinate Audit compliances in line with Global Guide

a. To work with Country and Global on Real State & Facility compliances

Developing, monitoring, and maintaining internal auditing processes in line with business needs 

b. Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

c. Have to maintain internal control systems by updating audit programs and recommending new policies and procedures. 

d. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation

e. Communicate audit findings to respective functional heads for improvements and ensure necessary actions are implemented.

f. Conduct surprise audit by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.

g. Ensure all processes and policies are upto dated in line with new regulation Conducting compliance pre audits for the vendors and ensure 100% is attained.

h. To conduct Food Safety audit (FSSAI- FOSTAC) on a regular interval to ensure food Hygiene and quality.

i. To conduct Physical Security Audit to ascertain day to day operation is compliant to process & Policies.

j. Ensure optimization of documentation, including directives, procedures, standards, in order to ensure effectiveness and to validate against industry best practices

k. Work Experience in Real Estate & Facility Operations will be an added advantage
