As a member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for taking our people-first philosophy from strength to strength. In P&G, the work of Human Resources falls into four areas - Strategic Business Partnership, Leading Organizational Change, championing issues that are relevant to employees, and acting as a knowledgeable resource on Company plans and policies. According to those areas, your career with Procter & Gamble will lead you through a variety of roles: recruitment, learning and development, diversity, organization design and excellence, employees communication, plans and policies and will provide you with international exposure.
Summary of Job Responsibilities :
You will begin your career in Human Resources as Associate HR Manager and from your first day on the job, you will be given immediate project responsibility. As you develop you will become the owner of an HR business area and
responsible for developing people and organization systems to deliver increased business productivity, maximize consumer, employee and shareholder value and provide a competitive advantage in your area. Your work will expose you
to many situations in which you need to make strategic business decisions as well as to great people both from within the company and different regions. As your career develops, you will take a key HR position in, for instance a national head office, a production plant, a centralized corporate function, or in a regional HQ.
We will provide you with training programs to enable you to succeed and you will have daily access to coaching and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
