·  Able to independently handle discussion with internal brand team & external media partners.

Responsibilities of the role

Media Support

·  Evaluate Media Plans from Media Agency/Partners, ensure the proposals meet objective & expectations.
·  Lead key media initiative to ensure timely executions with Media Agency.
·  Competition Ecom activities tracking and consolidate with Competition brand media activities
·  Assist in media data consolidation for corporate & regional reporting purpose.
·  Assist in monthly schedules and buying brief approvals for all categories in Malaysia & Singapore.
·  Media tool approvals follow up
·  Follow up post-buy submission as proof of performance from Agency

Budget & Finance Process Support – Media & Brand

·  Verify & process all monthly Media invoices for Malaysia & Singapore in collaboration with Agency of Record & Accounts Payable team (Assist in Raising Purchase Requisition/Goods Receive/Invoice Receiptvia online system) – POP (Proof of Performance) with MediaCom, vetting before goods receive.
·  Assist Country Media Manager in budget management & tracking media funds via SAP System
·  Expedite Payment Requests
·  Lead monthly budget reconciliation / SAP budget management with respective media agency
·  Ensure timeline submission of monthly SOA and address all outstanding Invoice/CNs match with SAP record
·  Assist Media Team (Malaysia/Singapore in terms of creating Internal Order (IO)
·  Handling Year End accrual for Media Malaysia/Singapore
·  Non revenue orders request & process (Malaysia only) for brand team only

Malaysia Advertising Association Related

·  Administrative support in Malaysia Advertising Association-related action steps including membership fee, workshop/seminar coordination, award submission etc.
Qualifications

·  Minimum Diploma in any discipline
·  Must be able to travel abroad and domestically
·  Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in Media P2P Knowledge & Operations. Expectation is independent management of P2P-related coordination with media agency & vendor i.e. clear POP (Proof of Performance) requirement as it varies by medium, reject invoice when it doesn’t fulfill POP requirement.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in Media Budget tracking & management.
·  Minimum 2 years of Media Planning & Implementation experience. Have good understanding of Malaysia & Singapore consumer & media landscape.
·  SOA Management with media agency in Malaysia and Singapore, Astro & Media Prima to identify missing invoices/credit notes and delayed payment processing
·  Self-Audit & management, to ensure we access all the selected samples & have correct supporting documents for each.
·  Lead & coordinate Media Year End Accrual (Malaysia/ Singapore) with media agency. To provide summary of budget tracking & fiscal YTD (Year-to-date) GR-ed invoice list (high volume) to agency to conduct “actuals” matching, call out illogical accrual submission & vet through all supporting documents.
·  Well versed with SAP, Coupa & Aravo tools, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
·  Great follow-up & coordination skills to manage customization projects
