Vendor Solutions Specialist

Job Description

In this role you will have the opportunity of improving vendor solutions to offer quoting and project execution to our customers.

You will be responsible to

Act as the owner of 3rd party suppliers involved in the execution and implementation of Philips projects at Customer side: civil works, RF cages, mechanical and electrical installations, 3rd party materials,…

Define the Supplier Strategy based on business needs with input of the relevant stakeholders (Business Line Managers, Account Managers and Supply Chain Project Managers).

Provide Procurement/Project Management expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise, suggest best practice solutions and ensure implementation of the suggested processes.

Lead the implementation plan based on customer and tender requirements with regards 3rd party suppliers, including definition of solution, pricing/costs, drawings, documents/memos.

Drive supplier performance securing execution cost within MCoS Budget and continuous improvement process.

To succeed in this role, you should have

Technical Architect / Industrial Engineering / Master in Hospital Infrastructure

Minimum 3 years of experience in the specific field, preferably in healthcare industry

Project Management background

Ability to manage vendors in civil works

Fluent knowledge of English as well Spanish

Procurement background

Problem solving attitude

Good negotiation skills
