As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional, provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership. Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead full program for large customers.

The main activities and responsibilities at customer:

· Build strong long-term relationship with key customer stakeholders.

· Primary interfaces with customer stakeholders and customer boards regarding the program.

· Be an effective influencer at decisions level.

· Work collaborative with customers and partners presents in the customer

· Analyses customer business challengers to identify solutions needs.

· Ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.

· Provide effective communication of program status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets at all levels

· Ensure customer satisfaction through successful realization of business benefits and address business drivers.

The main activities and responsibilities internally at Oracle:

· Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.

· Move Oracle ecosystem to propose an Oracle product and service base solution.

· Commands attention and respect of others, motivating them to align actions with customer goals

· Working with the account teams to scope required effort and define appropriate timelines.

· Exercise scope management/control respecting the client, team, and partners.

· Ensure appropriate resources and teams for customer projects and initiatives.

· Provide leadership to manage activities for cross functional teams

· Coordinate cross project and initiatives

· Develop appropriate risk and contingency plans for the program

· Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.

· Ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget

· Identify and resolve major issues and risks impacting project success.

· Takes ownership of and resolves complex problems demonstrating balanced judgment

· Assure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.

· Take care to effectively applies Oracle's methodologies and policies.

Expected qualification:

- Demonstrated success with customers during initiative assessment, program planning, development, implementation and realization.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills a must, whilst operating at senior levels internally and externally.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and create organizational harmony whilst ensuring program deliverables are met.

- Proven track record of meeting program timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results.

- Proven track record of working with virtual teams of different cultures establishing distributed delivery

Required education and experience:

- Degree or equivalent experience.

- Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background

- Experience in managing large consulting or services engagements.

- With at least 3 years experience, as a Program Manager in the delivery enterprise transformational projects.

- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Willingness for travel
