1.Customer Satisfaction: Communicate with customers on a daily basis. Assure that all parts necessary for successful service call completion are available. Arrange visits to customer’s sites whenever necessary. Install retrofits and instruct customers of resultant benefits and changes. Full knowledge of SALSA or equivalent software. Assure that the delivery of the Technical service meets Customer satisfaction and enhances the future sales of Alcon products. Feedback critical failure information to the Technical Support group to assure reliability and serviceability. Work with sales to provide and maximize customer acceptance of Alcon products and procedures 2.Technical Assistance: Complete preventive maintenance routine as scheduled, as well as emergency calls. Test repaired instruments in all operating modes and demonstrates that repaired instruments operates at Alcon’ specifications. Perform preventive maintenance routines as scheduled. Identify weakness in the service operations and implement corrective actions 3.After Sales Service Contracts: Meet maintenance agreement goals as directed by supervisor. Sell contract services. Control spare parts inventory levels and serviceability. Minimize instrument failure call back. Consult with local and international management on chronic or Review and edit field service reports for accuracy. 6.Help to achieve assigned objectives in the performance of the expense and revenue budget: Review field expense reports for accuracy and compliance 7.Training of other TSR’s: Contributes in the training process of TSR I

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Minimum: Technical School graduate or University degree. Inscription in the INVIMA is required as certified technical/proffesional. • Preferred: Professional/Engineering degree with emphasis on Elec Fluent in native language, plus very good command of English. • Minimum: 3 - 5 years of field experience in Medical Electronics. • Preferred: 3 years of field experience in Alcon.
