1. Assure the correct reception of requests of products from clients and sales agents 2. Generate the parchase orders in the JDE and transmit them to the warehouse by e-mail 3. Confirm the payment from clients with Account Receivables Area to release products 4. Process Credit notes 5. Process with the invoicing of surgical equipment 6. Process quotations by phone 7. Create the “Back orders” file 8. Report and consolidate monthly all the fines that were charged 9. Program and send product preparing instructions to warehouse for tenders

Minimum: Techincal college Preferred: University degree Minimum: Local language Preferred: Bi-lingual English/local language Minimum Call center experience Sell and billing process Preferred Surgical/ Pharmaceutical company experience
