Position Title

ANPQP/ PARTS CONTROL

Mission and Main Objectives

Tooling and process follow up for new parts according ANPQP standard (phases 3-4-5) andCoordination of ANPQP meetings with supplier and Nissan departments involved.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

ANPQP / Parts Control: Tooling and process follow up for new parts according ANPQP standard (phases 3-4-5).
·  Coordination of ANPQP meetings with supplier and Nissan departments involved.
·  Production capacity confirmation through T2000 audit.
·  Ordering and procurement of trial parts needed
·  Supplier Process Facility Site Changes management.
·  Launching New projects (SOP) & End of Production (EOP) Management.
·  Daily supplier's window – Daily deliveries follow up (Supplier, transport, warehouse, etc.).
·  EDI (electronic Data interchange) management.
·  Troubleshooting (Crossfuntional activities, capacity, quality, social concerns in supplier, transfers).

Background & Experience

- Education: Industrial Engineering or similar, Master Degree
- Languages: English Advanced Level, French and German also appreciated.
- Work Experience = 3/4 years in the field preferable coordinating teams
- Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, enthusiastic, analytic and ability to work in teams
- Informatics: Office proficiency (Excel, Access, Power Point, etc..)
- Others: Availability to travel
- Driving license: B Class
