Main Purpose of the Job

• Defining the IAM solution requirements, architecture, design and use cases.

• On-boarding of Nestlé target systems, applications, systems, and markets into the new solution.

• Supporting the management, test phases and rollout of the IAM solution.

• Work on Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) integrations (Federation, Single-Sign On, Provisioning).

• Ensure end-to-end considerations for each solution and integration covering user management, authentication and authorization

• Defining Access Certification processes and approval workflows

• Translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which solutions can be developed / conceived.

• Liaise with stakeholders, global and regional organizations and outsourced services to ensure solutions are designed as per strategic business needs.

• Support agile ways of working for delivery solutions with the support of our offshore and outsourced services.

• Prototype, design and build state of the art business solutions ensuring compliance to Nestlé standards, usability, performance, stability, availability and efficient long term sustainability.

• Contribute to projects or drive own projects by delivering expected results on time, within scope and quality from requirements gathering to end user delivery.

• Co-innovate with our solution and product partners to explore and implement new solutions that can be incorporated into our landscape in order to provide advanced End User Experience and capabilities


Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on information security experience

• Strong experience with a broad range of identity technologies, including single sign-on, digital identity, directory services, 2FA/MFA, federation, role based access control (RBAC)

• Project Manager experience is a plus

• Familiar with One Identity (IAM) tools is beneficial

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.

• Familiar with SQL, other scripting languages and standards (PowerShell, batch, XML, etc...)

• Understand end to end business process in the area of IAM

• Experience in issue resolution or debugging is beneficial

• Proven capacity to produce detailed functional specifications / Govern the quality and applicability of specification created by others

• Strong, proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems, driving solutions through to completion

• Able to challenge technical specification and high level technical design

• Demonstrate ability to convince, gain trust and support from team members, business representatives and external partners

• Experienced in liaising diverse and virtual teams in multi-cultural environment

• Flexible to travel

• Fluent in English spoken and written .
