eCommerce Brand Activation Manager

Nestle Purina EMENA is on a thrilling journey to become the leading petcare organization in providing Omni-channel digital brand experiences that enrich the lives of pets and the people who love them.

In this context we are opening the “Purina Studios”, our Digital & e-Commerce Regional Hub in Barcelona, and we are looking for the best talents to join us in this exciting journey, do you think you're up to it?

To grow our Purina Studios Digital & e-Commerce team in Barcelona, we are looking for an eCommerce Brand Activation Manager - Zooplus

Main Purpose of Job

To build our brands on Zooplus platform and be the linchpin between brand marketing, shopper marketing and the customer. Deliver innovative & engaging activation, which drives sales and market share. Manage a significant PFME budget and deliver ROI v campaign objectives.

Key Outputs
· Responsibility for the activation of key initiatives & increasing Purina share of voice. Provide campaign content by working with Centre of excellence in Purina Studios
· Managing of digital agencies/content studio who can accelerate our learnings & ability to win in this channel. Ability to set challenging briefs for new ways of working in this emerging market.
· Working closely with the eCommerce commercial team to execute plans that are complementary to new listings and trade promotions activities.
· Identify and improve ROI of campaign objectives. Feeding commercial team with insight and data. Collect best practice across EMENA and be seen as best practice across EMENA community
· Build a direct relationship with Zooplus to deliver against customer needs whilst also driving Purina brands on the Zooplus website
· Work in conjunction with the markets, shopper and central marketing team on translating brand plans to be relevant and timely in line with brand objectives
· Manage marketing budget to ensure improving ROI with controlled and correctly phased spending.
· Work to deliver basic and advanced eContent for all Purina brands across Zooplus, Bitiba and Medoca websites. Leverage Purina studios to set and define best practice and create new processes
Requirements


Must have minimum of 3 years' experience in 3 of the following

· Worked in a digital activation role or similar, with specific experience of working with online retailers.
· Marketing background with experience of activating brands using digital tools
· Customer facing experience either online or offline within FMCG
· Experience in an agency or online retailer
· International or above market experience
