The Digital Services Unit has the mission to provide Nestlé with the best in class Digital platforms and Capabilities to win in Digital Marketing and eCommerce , creating and running end-to-end Digital Services and Solutions, touching billions of consumers everywhere in the world.

The strategic focus spans across key areas such as Digital presence on web and mobile, eCommerce and Omnichannel, Social media listening, engaging and publishing, Personalized Consumer Experiences and advanced CRM , Digital Consumer Analytics, Programmatic media, including upcoming areas such as IoT, connected products and services.

To grow our new Global Digital Hub in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a

Digital Programmatic Solutions Specialist.

Role & responsibilities:

As a Digital Programmatic Solutions Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for the design, build, implementation and development of global Programmatic media solutions across the different Nestlé businesses and markets.

Nestlé Programmatic media solutions spans across areas such as Ad serving, Demand side platform, Data Management Platform, Brand safety and Viewability etc. The solutions will meet business needs and enable our brands and markets to competitively operate in the digital space while adhering to Nestlé global framework and standards.

Reporting to the Programmatic Solution Lead, the Digital Programmatic Solutions Specialist will act as global expert of the solutions included in the Programmatic portfolio for internal stakeholders, technology providers, media agencies and partners. He/she will participate in the product roadmap definition with the Solution Lead and will lead the tactical definition and execution of solutions building and development, based on Nestlé global digital media strategy and requirements.

He/she will contribute to foster a global adoption of the Programmatic solutions and their activation in markets in line with the local technological ecosystem and enabling markets to operate and expand platforms activation by packaging training material and documentation, by supporting markets enablement and capabilities development initiatives for Programmatic solutions to ensure Nestlé as an organization win in the Programmatic space.

Your responsibilities will be:

· Support the design, build and deploy of IT solutions for Programmatic Digital Media at global level to ensure adoption and usage across Nestlé businesses and markets.
· Participate actively in the creation and own the execution of the global roadmap for Programmatic technologies, propose new and innovative ways to support business initiatives
· Provide Programmatic subject matter expertise and consultation to Nestlé teams and business partners for managing Programmatic activity and support with testing innovations.
· Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Programmatic media.
· Define End-to-end business processes related to programmatic media solutions and operations in collaboration with other teams.
· Participate in fit/gap analysis related to programmatic solutions and processes inside the organization to challenge the status quo and propose organizational changes to ensure Nestlé wins in digital and programmatic media.

· Work with our vendors and partners to ensure Nestlé business needs and global digital strategies fit with solutions roadmap and products enhancement.

· Prepare and lead training activities for internal and external stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (included users' guidelines and training materials).
· Support the Programmatic Solution lead to work with central functional teams to define guidelines and best practices for Nestlé Programmatic business and optimize the programmatic media value chain by identifying risks & issues as well as improvement opportunities.
· Build Strong awareness of latest industry trends to ensure the relevance of Digital Programmatic solutions and active industry benchmarking.
· No people management responsibility. However, must work highly collaboratively with Digital Marketing, subject matter experts, media agencies, vendors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing, Economics, Digital Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
· 2+ years of experience in managing project in Digital media industry: Web analytics, Social Media Analytics, Display or Search Media.
· More than 1 year of programmatic experience on the supply/publisher side, advertising side, media agency, agency trading desk, demand side platform or programmatic technology company is a must.
· 2+ years of experience with any of the following technologies: Google Analytics, Ad serving, any DSP solution (Google DoubleClick, etc...) any DMP solution (Bluekai, Krux, etc...), BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
· Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and challenges in the industry.
· Team working attitude including demonstrated ability to work with virtual teams/multicultural stakeholder management.
· Analytical thinking abilities, problem-solving mindset.
· Client facing communication skills and ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships.
· Fluent English: ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in English will be required.
· Hands on approach.
· Strong written and oral communications skills.
· Business processes background.
· Distinctive skills in planning & prioritizing.
· Proactive & solution finding approach.
· Mobility: the position may involve international traveling.
