The Digital Services Unit has the mission to provide Nestlé with the best in class Digital platforms and Capabilities to win in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, creating and running end-to-end Digitial Services and Solutions, touching billions of consumers everywhere in the world.

The strategic focus spans across key areas such as Digital presence on web and mobile, eCommerce and Omni-channel, Social media listening, enaging and publishing, Personalized Consumer Experiences and advanced cRM , Digital Consumer Analytics, Programmatic media, including upcoming areas such as IoT, connected products and services.

To complete the DSU Core Team, we are currently looking for a Code QA expert.

As Code QA expert, you provide technical support to the development communities in terms of code quality and other quality dimensions, mainly during the E2E build cycle.
- Ensure quality of the source code to increase its maintainability, reliability and security.
- Ensure compliance against the Company development standards.
- Ensure that the code QA solution is automated and integrated into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (DevOps) process.
- Actively support the development teams with regards to the quality of the developments (cyclomatic complexity, unit tests, risks, etc...).

Main responsibilities:
· Contribute to establish the objectives in terms of quality of the developments, in alignment with the DevOps Objectives and related framework.
· Ensure a daily support to the development teams, with regards to the code QA, with a particular emphasis on the following dimensions:
· Adherence to the development standards
· Unit test coverage
· Maintainability/ Technical debt
· Cognitive complexity
· Ensure that all the code QA metrics remain inside the Service Level Objective.
· Provide guidance to the development teams around the QA of the developments.
· Participate in the Quality gates and other E2E build and release check points.
· Anticipate the potential deviations in terms of quality of the developments, through the implementation of a lean process, leading to a proactive identification of those deviations.

Experience and knowledge required:
· Computer engineering education
· Two to Three years experience in the Java/JS development area
· SonarQube
· Programming languages (JavaScript, Python, iOS, Puppet)
· Open source technologies
· Continuous Integration framework (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus)
· Gherkin and Cucumber
· Code QA best practices
· Advanced/Proficient level of English
