Responsibilities

• Cross Functional Coordination – Acts as a liaison between IT, users, vendors, and other consultants to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget

• Work with internal and external technology partners to ensure Functional, Design, and Testing efforts meet the business needs

• Leads, elicits, and documents detailed business requirements to ensure successful execution of projects

• Ensures projects meet the needs of the users and that quality is met

• Fosters and coordinates communication across multiple work streams and projects

• Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects

Work closely with technical team ensure all business/functional requirements get transitioned into design specifications Take ownership for functional and integration testing including:

• Creating and reviewing test cases

• Test data set up

• Basic Triage skills (Interface file (XML) validation, Running queries, DB validation, etc.)

• Hands-on application testing skills

Required Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a data & business analyst

• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact in a team environment with all levels of employees, including Senior Management

• Detailed Requirement gathering, Design & Testing skills

• Ability to QA and root cause business problems

• Retail business analytics experience preferred

• Strong PC skills Proficient in Microsoft office
