市场准入与定价经理-杭州

职位描述

·  客户关系的建立,政策分析与解读:
·  与药品流通相关的政府部门接触,维持和不断建立与各相应政府部门的良好工作关系,宣传公司及产品,树立良好的公司形象。
·  及时收集并掌握地方医保、物价、基本药物、招标、“新农合”等等方面的政策合动态,并力求对新政策的制定提出合理化的建议;
·  为公司内部相关部门正确解读国家政策并提供建设性的意见,以便公司在产品销售和市场推广等方面做出合理的、顺应国家政策规定的决策;
·  负责辖区内公司目录品种的维护和增补:
·  将公司目录产品继续保持在地方目录中;
·  并力争将更多的公司非医保产品列入地方医保目录中;
·  确保公司目录产品在地方医保报销不受限制,并顺利报销;
·  其他工作(如:申报资料准备、辅助招标、项目与活动的安排与实施):
·  撰写和准备相应的物价和医保等申报资料;
·  配合公司商务部与地方物件和卫生部门联系以做好招标的辅助工作;
·  组织安排相应的客户考察和学习活动,参与公司与政府“合作项目”的实施;  

 

任职要求

-本科及以上学历,医学、药学或相关专业;

-良好的语言和文字表达努力;

-具有2年以上医药行业政府事务相关工作经验;

-具有良好的客户关系及客户认可度;

-通过不断的学习提高,有效分配时间、合理计划工作;

-具有一定的组织协调能力和良好的沟通能力;

-熟练掌握、运用计算机办公软件;
