Facilities Maintenence Plumber/Plumber IV

This is a Day Shift role, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

 

Your role:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of all domestic water, sanitary, and process water infrastructure throughout the plant. Candidate will ensure timely completion of work in accordance with accessibility, health, safety, plumbing codes and trade standards. Will ensure all preventive maintenance and work requests are performed utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Potential on call requirements to support Process Water and/or HVAC teams as necessary. Will perform any/all facilities maintenance tasks as required by plant Facilities Management.

 

Who you are:

Basic Qualifications:

·  5+ years working as a licensed plumber.
·  High School Diploma or equivalent.
·  Current valid State of NH Plumbing license required

  Preferred Qualifications:

·  Facility maintenance experience desired
·  Vocational/Trade school courses, and/or equivalent a plus
·  Current Gas Fitters license through State of NH desired
