JUKE, a media-saturn retail group bussiness, is a digital Music Service that combines the strengths of both radio and on-demand and makes these worlds complimentary to each other in one service. JUKE offers linear radio for its users, combined with 50+ million tracks and on-demand playlists in one hybrid model and bridges the gap between linear and on-demand. 

We launched JUKE in the Netherlands last year (2017) and recently launched in Germany (May 2018) and Spain will be our next big launch.

As an Online marketeer:

·  You are responsible for the online strategy, planning and execution of online campaigns.
·  You know that it’s all about result: sitetraffic and conversion. In order to reach this you will work with your colleagues to create appealing and activating content on different online platforms, execute A/B testing, and monitor ongoing campaigns where you analyse for optimizations.
·  You have a clear vision on what type of online marketing techniques are effective for JUKE purposes.
·  You can work independent and you know how to work and manage marketing agencies.
·  You align targets for campaign with the team and accomplish these targets by effect campaign management.
·  You have a eye for details and directly see and take proactive initiative when things can be optimized.
·  There will be no day of the week in which you did not analysed data coming from the campaigns. You truly feel that data drives decision making!

Profil recherché


The profile:  

·  Google AdWords and Analytics are your best friends, as you know them very well.
·  You have broad knowledge about On-site search, A/B testing, conversion optimization and content.
·  You have experience with re-marketing and setting up and improving Facebook advertising campaigns.
·  You are analytical, focus on details and your mind is all about conversion.
·  You actively follow all latest marketing trends and tools and you know how to take these on board in your approach.
·  Communication and interaction with your colleagues and external agencies are one of your core capabilities.
·  At least 1-2 year relevant work experience
·  English and Spanish both written and verbally is a must.
