JUKE, a media-saturn retail group bussiness, is a digital Music Service that combines the strengths of both radio and on-demand and makes these worlds complimentary to each other in one service. JUKE offers linear radio for its users, combined with 50+ million tracks and on-demand playlists in one hybrid model and bridges the gap between linear and on-demand.
We launched JUKE in the Netherlands last year (2017) and recently launched in Germany (May 2018) and Spain will be our next big launch.
As a Campagne Manager/Marketeer:
· You work together with the Brand Manager and Online Marketing Manager in the execution of all marketing activities.
· You convert your ideas on brand communication into concrete marketing activities and campaigns and follow up on execution.
· You will be responsible for the roll-out of the JUKE marketing tot he channels of our shareholders, predominantly MediaMarkt Saturn.
· You are able to envision the target audience for JUKE and generate useful insights which will be used in reaching and converting this audience.
· You maintain contacts with external marketing agencies who help us with commercials, content and events.
· You align on a frequent basis with your peers in JUKE NL and JUKE Germany.
· You are responsible for planning all campaign activities, maintaining budgets and KPI’s accordingly.
· Customer care is one of your primary responsibilities. You will align with our customer care departments and you assess which learnings we can/need to take on board to enhance continious improvement.

Requisitos
The profile:
· A minimum of a college degree (or University), preferably in the direction of Economics, Marketing or Communication.
· 3-5 years of relevant working experience at companies with well known brands, which can be shown as references
· Media experience and experience with agile marketing is a pre.
· You have experience in owned media, branded content, social content, event marketing.
· Data analysis is important for your decision making
· You are used and comfortable to work with, and manage, substantial marketing budgets.
· You have affinity with Music and related technology.
· You are able to think and act from the perspective of our customer groups.
· You have proven knowledge on ‘digital-marketing’.
· You like to take initiative, are not sensitive to time- and/or budget pressure, able to inspire others and you are well able to prioritize your activities independently.
· Languages: Spanish and English both written and verbally on a professional level.
