Job Description

And here's the exciting part - we are looking for a W Lounge Attendant who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation.

It is critical that the W Lounge Attendant represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers. They, like the rest of our ‘talent' are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

Main responsibilities:

Welcoming and helping guests

·
Responsible for the daily operations at our W Lounge

·
Following service standards and operating procedures

·
Serving guests with the highest service level and build a relationship with them

·
Maintaining overall cleaniless of the W Lounge

·
Take responsability for your own checks

·
You will be working different shifts (morning, evening, night and weekend shifts). Also during public holidays

·
Being flexible to assist other B&F departments (In Room Dining and Banqueting)

·
Communicating with your team and other departments is key

·
Know the menu and the hotel facilities

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

· 
MBO Thinking Level

· 
Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role as attendant

· 
Fluency in English

· 
Dutch and any other language is appreciated

· 
Experience in the Luxury Segment is an advantage

· 
Basic alcohol knowledge
