JOB SUMMARY

As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper your main mission will be to maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness in the hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and public premises to ensure our guests have an extraordinary experience.

You will be leading the operations of the department empowering your employees to create a new unique original experience for our guest, encouraging, recognizing and training them to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.

In collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper you will manage the day to day operations of the department and you will supervise employees and assist your manager in handling daily activities of Housekeeping. You will work and follow up on guest and employee satisfaction focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel's goals.

If you are a truly experienced Housekeeping professional with proven leadership in the role, you are passionate about the hotel industry, have knowledge of a complex dynamic housekeeping department and have hands-on experience leading teams in housekeeping in five stars hotels, you have the highest of standards and enjoy luxury, you believe that you can't do your best without your team and you love to take care of them, then we have the right job for you.
