Summary

M&S are going through unprecedented changes as we transform our business, a new project has been initiated which has created a 12 months fixed term position for an experienced Business Analyst to join us. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in both the business and technology changes that we are planning. The ideal candidate will have Supply Chain experience that they can bring to the team, interested read on:-

About the role

Your key accountabilities will include

·  Managing and documenting process changes and ensure the IT changes cover these
·  Developing training material related to the business changes and
·  Produce training presentation and provide training to the business users where necessary
·  Document End to End test scenarios for IT to test against and ensuring all business process changes are tested
·  Co-ordinate and identifying business users for supporting the End to end testing
·  Data Analysis to support the Pilots

About you

Your skills and experience will include

·  Demonstrate experience in documenting business processes, and problem analysis
·  Experience in Supply Chain
·  Good written and verbal communications and Influencing skills
·  Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively to attain results that meet the business needs
·  Able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally at varying levels in the organization and some line management skills
·  Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritise requests, and work independently
·  Management of risks and issues and bring them to the Programme managers attention
·  Ability to work within defined time scales and meet deadlines of the programme
·  Is proactive and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
·  High level of accuracy and attention to details
