TRADE MARKETING MANAGER (ON AND OFF)
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Trade Marketing Manager´s responsibility will be to collaborate with the Marketing Director to adapt the Marketing Plan to each client, managing correctly the public-promotional budget assigned to each one of them. Also, contribute with the Brand growth in points of sales (on-line and physical).
The Trade Marketing Marketing will have to develop the CRM platform, attracting, retaining and building excellent relations with clients.
 
RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop the marketing strategy and manage the e-retail site for authorized clients
- Manage the CRM and brand loyalty platform, coordination and development
- Elaborate Annual Trade Marketing Plan together with the Marketing Director and Commercial Department. Follow up the Plan
- Client negotiation to assign promotional guidelines and follow up
- Communicate news to each client following commercial cycles (GM-A)
- Collaborate in the planification and promotional development, execute the Plan and check in place that it´s well executed
- Follow up the promotion results with the clients
- Perform a profitability study of the promotional actions and follow up the Budget assigned to the clients
- Collaborate with the annual Budget for the Marketing Department
- Control and follow up the results each month (sell-in and sell-out) in: shopping center, tourism, chains and traditional stores
- Promotional PLV development to specific actions for clients
- Participate in Trade Marketing seminaries 
- Organize and execute training programs to the staff

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
PROFILE
- Education: Business Management Graduate
- Specific training: Digital Marketing / E-commerce
- Microsoft Office
- Proficiency level of English is REQUIRED. Additional language is a plus
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing / E-commerce platform management and CRM plans / data base management
- Able to travel
