Mision Statement:To create value for the Brands
- by building long term Brand equity with the consumer target, whilst creating below the line tools for sales promotion to support short term sales achievement. To support the SBM to develop, initiate, recommend and execute the Marketing programs, adhering to global strategy guidelines and ensuring Brand objectives are achieved.
Main Responsabilities:
- To develop with the Brand Manager Senior annual Brands / Budget plans in accordance with budgets and global Maisons strategies
- To act with the Brand Manager Senior as “face” of the Brand in the Trade and internally, implementing trainings & trade specific programmes
- To be responsible for communicating and implementing the Brand plans activations, both internally and externally
- To agree objectives with Off and On Trade sales team, jointly developing plans for both channels and work on delivering these objectives in partnership with the sales teams
- To be responsible for BTL promotional programmes
- objective setting, sign off by key internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough post-evaluation
- To be responsible for HIA strategy development – working with Sales teams to identify key targets, overseeing development of programmes and allocation of relevant funds and resources
- To work with the Trade Marketing department in developing relevant trade selling tools
- To be responsible for budgetary control of M&C and Hennessy.
- To manage external agencies and internal resource for key marketing programmes
- To oversee POSM orders and usage, including regular reviews of items
- To fulfil reporting requirements
- To develop competitor activity reporting across the marketing mix
- To carry out regular trade visits

Perfil buscado

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Education: Graduate/Degree level education
Languages: Spanish and English. Working knowledge of French is a plus
Professional experience and know how: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing. Experience in Drinks and PR oriented product categories is a plus
Technical and management skills: Budget management experience. PowerPoint /excel
