If you are passionate about Fashion, Craftsmanship and Innovation and have previous experience as Human Resources Generalist at industrial environments this can be the best opportunity to join LOEWE´s Human Resources Team.
As Industrial HRBP you will establish effective partnerships and communication with field management to ensure the effective delivery of Human Resources policies, practices and programs for our Madrid-Getafe Industrial Site. Also, you will be responsible of ensuring that critical and priority needs are met in a timely and effective manner to preserve business stability and a fair, equitable, healthy work environment.

Perfil buscado

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- Have a Bachelor´s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or Psychology. Human Resources Master´s degree will be considered as a plus.
- Have previous experience of at least 5 years as a Human Resources Generalist in an industrial and production environment.
- Have demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and KAIZEN methodology. As well as demonstrated expertise in production improvement processes and innovation projects.
- Be fluent both in English and Spanish.
- Be fluent in Microsoft Office.
