Reporting to the Sell-Out Performance Manager, the mission of the GPV is the PoS management: contribute the Brand promotion and market sell
- out while maintaining the Brand image. As well as the enhance the PoS results in order to achieve target sales figures and commercial targets. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure effective communication of brand values.
 
RESPONSABILITIES
Training
- Coach, train and motivate the external multibrand BC's at POS
- Present new products / novelties to the client team
POS Merchandising
- Implementing image and merchandising policies set out by the company at POS
- Maintaining constant communication with Sales Representative in order to ensure consistency between their activities
- Check product mix and planograms
Sales & stocks supervision
- Visit the POS assigned according to the agenda
- Sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers, on fragrance, make-up and skincare
- Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis,
- Ensure the efficient roll-out of Dior promotional events that are organised in store,
- Develop strong relationship with the clients
- Check stock to guarantee optimized stock levels
- Reviewing testers and assessing their use at POS
Reporting & Sales Analysis
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, target achievement, sell out figures
- Update merchandising database (MyMerch) after each POS visit
- Provide information about competency as well as the right execution of the agreements

Perfil buscado

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
 
- Bachelor´s degree
- 2 to 4 years´ experience in sales, prefereable luxury, Premium or cosmetics business
- Tools: Microsoft office
- Language: Spanish and fluent in English 
- Able to travel 90% of the time around Barcelona
