Would you like to lead the expansion of some of our selective Brands into retail? We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate Retail Project Manager to undertake the conception, development & follow-up of the brand´s boutique, branded institutes, top luxury retail flagships and top clients retail plan in Spain.
Your missions will evolve together with the evolution of the project and expansion of the brands and you will become a key retail expert for these brands.
Before the opening of the boutique you will be the project leader and key player on the moving the project forward. You will:
- Prepare the retail retro planning
- Find the best location for the store, validate the store design with the international teams, legal validations with local authorities, contractor, architect, etc
- Lead & follow up the retail & service transactions software, together with the IT team
- Recruit, hire and train successful sales teams/estheticians
- Design the right level of stock needed and the retail plan, targets and sell-out activity.
- Lead the opening event, working hand in hand with Marketing and Commercial teams
After the opening of the boutique you will be the responsible for the development and follow up of the retail plan. You will:
- Get the store manager assignment for the first 3 months
- Deliver the store budget sales every month. Fix and manage the sales goals with the team
- Analyze exhaustively the store KPI's
- Forecast stock needs to achieve and promote sales, manage assortment
- Manage and motivate the store staff. Passionately lead the sales team to achieve objectives on a daily basis along with building strong store relationships
- Focus on productivity: organize store schedule according to peak hours
- Make proposals to the marketing team on event plan, product mix and animations.
- Assure the right implementation of the events materials and product layout. Motivate in-store teams to create, plan and execute brand lead events
- Execute the retail plan validated by marketing and retail direction
- Lead the creation of POS material answering the event and marketing plan needs
- Make the strategy designed to reinforce Brand image real on the store
- Observe clients, competition and market. Propose improvements based on this
- Assure the right POS maintenance, the merchandising execution and the product reposition.
- Work on a coordinate way with local and international marketing teams and commercial department.
- Be a central figure on the team as for the different departments: Marketing, Controlling, Logistics, Client Support, Training…
Who are we looking for?
- You have 2-3 years of experience in Retail management (beauty, cosmetics, luxury or fashion sector is a plus) and you have ideally managed an opening of the new store
- You have managed a team and you have a strong ability in leading people, developing them, coaching, mentoring and teaching
- You are an entrepreneur that loves to achieve challenging goals
- You have a strategic approach with hands on operational experience
- You have strong project management skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- You focus on quality & on detail
- You are fluent in English
- You are good and analytics and in Excel
