Retail Area Manager - L'Oréal Luxe

As a Retail Area Manager, based in Valencia, your mission will be to develop the business within the Levante region to achieve retail targets. You will allocate sales target within your region, lead, and develop retail teams in order to drive sales growth.

Your main duties will be:

- Set and manage sales target

- Identify and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region and in each department store

- Ensure resources allocated are maximized and budget respected

- Recruit, manage, motivate and develop retail teams (counter managers and BAs)

- Lead and drive the retail teams to achieve retail target by delivering outstanding customer service

- Transmit the brand directives (brand values, grooming, new launches etc) to the retail team and assure they are implemented

- Advise the brands on the retailer strategy

- Maintain strategic relationship with the retailer

- Coordinate and negotiate with the retailers on promotions and events

Main requisites:

- At least 3 years of experience in retail

- Experience in management of large teams and leadership skills

- Excellent relationship and negotiating skills

- Excellent analytical skills, business vision

- Results oriented, constantly looking for new business opportunities

- Rigorous and autonomous

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar

- Fluent English

- Driving license and availability to travel
