Duration: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for developing the implementation of the campus strategy and managing the social media for L’Oréal Spain working across the 34 brands within the L’Oréal portfolio, ensuring that L’Oréal maintains and grows its reputation as an employer of choice.

Principal accountabilities could include:

·  Partner with Corporate Communication teams and the global employer branding team to deliver the employer branding strategy
·  Build an online presence in line with our strategy through available channels (e.g. careers website, corporate Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
·  Build an offline presence with the Spanish University and Business School community for both recruitment and employer branding strategies
·  Identify key stakeholders and build relationships across the business to understand employer branding needs,
·  Lead and advise recruiters with regard to social activity in relation to their needs. Create recruitment campaigns to meet the needs of the season to target candidates to attract them to L’OREAL
·  Creative owner of campus activation - advise team on campus events, recruitment fairs and business games, leading the creation of up to date activations ensuring the reach on and offline

·  A media/digital enthusiast who delivers quality content and has a strong following on their own social channels
·  Keen and demonstrable interest in social media marketing and trends
·  Understanding of both paid and organic social media marketing campaigns
·  Creative with an eye for social media campaign design and usability
·  Awareness of the general recruitment process and the ways that employer branding, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results
·  Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
·  Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
