KEY RESPONSIBILITY
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE E-COMMERCE SALES PERFORMANCES OF THE SHU UEMURA SITES

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES  

·  Develop & implement marketing & promotional strategies: 
·  Define the e-Commerce calendar activities in conjunction with Marketing (launch / promotion / campaigns)
·  Trade marketing Support : Evaluate promotional opportunities, prepare promotions with logistics, configure promotions and develop marketing collateral
·  Update & Optimize website structure & e-merchandising
·  Responsible for implementing new website features & conversion enablers
·  Responsible for creating and updating all website content in Demandware (product pages, landing pages, web banners, homepage)
·  Optimize site usability, on-line assortment, e-merchandising strategy: catalogue, promos, testing.
·  Implement AB testing strategy to improve and optimize e-merchandising excellence
·  Develop & optimize acquisition campaigns on multiple digital channels
·  Build & implement the acquisition strategies (Social Media / SEM / retargeting)
·  Cultivate and nurture relationships with media and affiliate agencies
·  Implement AB testing strategy to identify key acquisition drivers.
·  Monitor & develop shu uemura database 
·  Responsible for email strategy, list growth and retention: plan, manage and execute emails workflows. (Salesforce/ExactTarget)
·  Responsible for developing consumer journeys per client audience
·  Responsible of performances analyses & tracking
·  Track and measure the site and business performance to improve the KPIs (e.g. frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile, tablet).
·  Analyze performance of channels, campaigns and programs on a weekly and monthly basis and consistently adjust strategy and execution to improve metrics.

·  Are bilingual (English and French, oral and written)
