You will…

·  Create and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Social Media Marketing campaigns across social media platforms
·  Assist with the creation and presentation of Social Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytical data
·  Interact with consumers in social media channels using social media management software and related tools, including forums
·  Be the Spokeperson of the brand and participate in the development of real-time marketing content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders
·  Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brand identity
·  Produce social media listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight development
·  Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
·  Be the leader in the Digital Buzz rank for YSL, Shu Uemura and Urban Decay and build he Digital/Influencer strategy for the brands
·  Create strong desirability for the brand and to build/activate and engage the community/influencers, Celebrity, and Socialities
·  Understanding brand values, personalities and territories, as well as brand digital and marketing strategy

·  5-10+ years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
·  Willingness to own the strategic level direction whilst maintaining a passion for grass-roots
·  Critical thinking with strong decision-making abilities
