KPMG Global Strategy Group is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our Paris team at an Associate Level.

KPMG Global Strategy Group (GSG) Overview: The KPMG's Global Strategy Group is KPMG's global network of strategy practitioners present in 40 countries globally with 2000 strategy consultants. Our vision is to change how the world thinks about strategy, positioning KPMG as the leading global advisor for 'innovation to results'. The GSG is witnessing tremendous growth all over the world ranging between two to three digit growth rates across the different GSG markets.

GSG in France : The GSG practice has been launched early 2018 in Paris and has been witnessing a significant growth and development. We are currently a team of 20 consultants aiming to triple in size in the following two years.

Your role:

·  You will be working within project team as a Consultant to bring advice to Corporate clients at top executive levels on recommendations that will help them shape their business and market positioning and achieve performance excellence
·  You will be working also with leading Private Equity firms to advise them on the strategic implications of their potential acquisitions and how to generate value from the deal once the target company is acquired
·  Your work will be across industry and topics such as Pharmaceuticals, Health, Energy, and Consumer goods and retail
·  You will collaborate with other KPMG GSG project team members (typically 2-4) in order to create cutting edge strategies and recommendations for our clients through: fact based findings, problem solving, identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations Requirements:

·  Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record required
·  At least 3 years of experience within a Top tier strategy consulting firm
·  Previous experience within an industry player in the areas of : energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals or consumer goods and retail will be of advantage
·  Previous project experience in strategic topics such as: Commercial Due Diligences, Growth / Market entry strategies, Target Operating and Business Model design, Business Process Optimization, Product and Services definition, Post-Merger Integration, Digital strategy definition and implementation, Procurement and Pricing
·  Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (both written and verbal)
·  Strong financial and economic acumen
·  An independent thinker with the ability to identify problems and contribute to the development of solutions
·  An ambitious self-starter, well-structured with exceptional drive and commitment to strive excellence
·  Ability to contribute in one or several firm building initiatives
·  Willingness to travel
·  Fluency in English and French is mandatory, both spoken and written.
