Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
• Successful completion of client engagement deliverables in line with project plan.
• Ensure supervision of a minimum hours clocked on a client.
• Working level client satisfaction
• Complete ownership towards client assignments to ensure that all internal challenges are overcome and all issues are proactively escalated to the engagement in-charge.
• Assisting the team on other deliverables and improving knowledge of service offerings / risk aspects
• Consistently delivering quality client services and taking charge of the project area assigned

Qualifications and Skills
* Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
Read, write and speak at least one of the vernacular languages along with proficiency in English (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu)

Experience and Background
0-1 year of experience in customer support roles
