KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Administrative Support to join our Office Services organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage the efficient and effective delivery of administrative support services for the Audit Quality professional practice which includes all aspects of performance management such as recruiting, hiring, training, ongoing development and coaching
·  Provide ongoing performance feedback, manage salary administration, as well as Partner and employee relations
·  Collaborate with local Integrated Office Network (ION) leaders and office leadership to drive continuous improvement in the standards and effectiveness of individual and team performance
·  Work closely with ION leadership and national Administrative Assistant Network to implement national methodologies and standardize processes, administer temporary contract hiring and compensations; Manage employee overtime approvals in alignment with labor law and Firm policies
·  Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in service offerings to help ensure individuals and teams are operating at the top of their job functions, including implementation of work flow and resource management strategies which includes the ability to understand data and reporting to help make business decisions
·  Manage workflow and work assignments, back-up training and coordination, assignment of partners and management team members to administrative assistants, define and implement reassignments in collaboration with the teams and Administrative Assistant Partner Champions

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of five years of administrative or office management experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment; minimum of two years of experience leading and managing a large administrative support team
·  Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at the advanced level
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Knowledge of personnel/employment law required
