Your Role

You will be responsible for providing general HR support to the HR Business partners in Belgium. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.

Your Responsibilities

·  Support the HR Business partners in multiple HR-related processes like onboarding, internal changes, and exits
·  Contract management and support in Belux Great Workplace Initiatives
·  Deliver general HR administrative support towards HR Business Partners such as file management, ad hoc reports, etc.
·  Prepare HR audits
·  Internal communications about staff changes

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor degree, preferably HR orientated
·  Experience in the HR field is an advantage             
·  Excellent knowledge of English language             
·  Strong communicator, both oral and written
