What this job involves

The Vendor Service Coordinator supports Facilities Operations by acting as the primary liaison between JLL, JLL’s client and third-party service providers executing hard and soft service contracts in the pharmaceutical industry. The position will have a thorough understanding of Service Agreements as they relate to all aspects of the business and coordinate contract amendments, quality assurance measures and process flows.

·  Develop and maintain client, supplier and internal relationships through due diligence, concise communication, reliable reporting and consistent performance 
·  Execute and document Quality Audits, validating provider compliance with Service Agreement and other applicable regulations; effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders and provide follow up as needed
·  Demonstrate a thorough understanding of assigned Vendor Service Agreements and present change recommendations to management in accordance with change requests, initiatives and improvement opportunities
·  Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by identifying cost-savings opportunities, innovative solutions and supporting initiatives
·  Drive alignment and communication between service providers, Facilities Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, EHSS, and other stakeholders
·  Document changes to processes and work-flows in Process Manual and distribute to key stakeholders as needed
·  Lead Vendor Qualification process, ensuring providers have the proper qualifications to execute work in compliance with regulatory standards, good documentation practices, standard operating procedures and all other policies
·  Lead by example to promote a strong safety culture in support of EHS requirements by proactively identifying and solutioning unsafe conditions and behaviours
·  Address issues and concerns independently, developing effective solutions while driving a timely resolution within budget

·  Experience managing contracts, including development of Scopes of Work and supplier performance assessment processes    
·  Best-in-class communication skills with multiple stakeholders—both verbal and written
·  Possess excellent inter-personal skills.  Able to balance competing priorities to deliver superior service and quickly resolve problems
·  Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
·  Effectively work in fast-paced, demanding environment and master new skillsets quickly
·  Ideal candidate will possess a basic/moderate knowledge of building systems
·  Ability to manage multiple operational matters daily
·  Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
·  Must be able to adequately perform required job functions. This includes being able to lift, bend and move in such a way as to perform job tasks in a safe and approved manner
·  Ability to lift 50 lbs
