Job description



The objective of your role as the Transition Coordinator is to effectively and diligently manage the transition of new vendors into Entities sites across JLLs WoAG account while keeping all stakeholders adequately informed throughout the process.

What this job involves:

Operational

·  Liaising with JLL Staff, vendors and Entity representatives on transition-related requests and queries.
·  Attend meetings as required, update and distribute meeting minutes.
·  Management of various transition-related tasks.
·  Assist with transition data as and when required.
·  Operate in accordance with JLL’s Quality System procedures.
·  Assist in ensuring all services are being carried out in accordance with all contractual, statutory and relevant National, State and/or Territory standards.

Risk Management

·  Ensure Entity and vendor-specific escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and distributed accordingly.
·  Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies.
·  Client/Stakeholder Management.
·  Proactively engage all stakeholders to ensure that expectations are met.
·  Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation, Entities and vendors.
·  Key point of contact for transition-related issues.
·  Actively engage in JLL internal forums.

Employee Specification:

·  Experience in Transition Management/Coordination role ideal/essential.
·  Year 10/12 Level Education completed/ Bachelor/Trade Qualification
·  Computer skills; particularly Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
·  You are self-motivated, goal oriented, confident & energetic.
·  You exhibit honesty & trustworthiness
