HVAC Technician - Jll - Andover

Job Location-Please Read

This job position is located in Cambridge, MA. It was put in as Andover due to the location of the Headquarters.

Equipment Management

· This includes maintaining and repairing air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment.
· Additional duties will include troubleshooting customer service calls for temperature comfort inside our buildings. Maintaining accuracy of system documentation and limited support of new installation projects may be required.

Office Management

· Help with Conference Room Setups
· Help with A/V Equipment

Other

· Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
