[Key Tasks & Responsibilities]

-総務、施設管理関連業務

・受付接客業務

・ヘルプデスク業務、社員からの各種リクエスト対応

・セキュリティーカードの発行・抹消・保管管理

・イベント、会議のサポート(会議室の予約、管理、レイアウト変更のサポート、利用状況などのレポート作成)

・各種データの収集、報告、入力

・各種業務、施設の改善提案

・宅配/郵便受渡関連業務

・サイトインスペクションの実施ならびに不具合への対応

 

[Knowledge And Skills Required]

- Excel, Word, Power Point経験必須

G Suite(Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slide等)利用経験あれば望ましい

- ビジネスレベルの英語/日本語必須

目安としてTOEIC650点以上

[Key Tasks & Responsibilities]

Site Operations Management

-Reception operation

-Helpdesk

-Activate, deactivate, and maintain access cards/ID badges.

- Service client employees with event support, such as meeting room booking, room setup support, and any FM related requests as requested by the client

-Consolidate required information and generate reports, communicate, reporting, and prepare documents as required by management.

-Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practices

-Support client mailroom services

-Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times

[Knowledge and Skills Required]

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Familiarity with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) preferred

- Business level oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English

TOEIC score of 650 or above is preferred
