Job description



Responsibilities

·  Focuses on the management of day-to-day operations of the TDIM team at the CoE, including but not limited to IT related requests, finance, and other processes, planning, reporting and continuous improvement
·  Conflict management where a mismatch of expectations results in disagreements
·  Manages relationship and contact with key stakeholders and CoE resources
·  Team Management
·  Ensure suitable reporting lines are established for all team personnel
·  Ensure KPIs and related processes are adhered to
·  Maintain oversight of open roles and work to fulfil
·  Report on performance and development
·  Develop and maintain training and development programme
·  Participate in interview processes
·  Build a sense of ‘esprit de corps’ within the team
·  Reporting
·  Establish and report on various staff metrics
·  Establish and report on various team metrics
·  Establish and report on various position/role metrics
·  Scheduling
·  Ability to manage and schedule engagements across multiple personnel and stakeholders

Experience & Education 

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computing, HR or other related Management fields.
·  4+ years of experience in team management, building and development aspects.
·  3+ years of experience in dashboarding and reporting.
·  5+ years of experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint tools.

Technical Skills & Competencies

·  Demonstrable, excellent team management, building and development skills.
·  Excellent communicator at all levels, including upper management
·  Ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders, level-set or reset where needed
·  Experience in working in, and leading a multi-disciplinary team
·  Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools. Ability to build pivot tables, and resource models in Excel would be a definite plus.
·  Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
