Our Team

The investment team is located around the globe to ensure strategic execution and dynamic monitoring of portfolios. Our portfolios are offered in private placement and mutual fund format. In addition to the multi-asset class strategies, the investment team manages a series of commingled alternative investment (hedge fund) portfolios as well as portfolios of managed equities.

The Role

The Investment Professional will provide support to team consisting of Investors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients.

The role will be responsible for:

· Mutual funds trade execution for brokerage accounts and daily control over trade settlement
· Discretionary Accounts trade execution and portfolio strategy implementation
· Utilising programs on multiple platforms to monitor current allocations and investment performance.
· Continuously tracking global market movements and portfolio impact
· Maintaining risk management monitoring of the portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes and other compliance issues.
· Supporting Investors Analysts in preparing, reviewing and approving Investment Performance review presentations for Investors to deliver to clients
· Assisting in development of marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations
· Collaborating with Investors Analysts in the ongoing monitoring of Management Information Systems and team financials

Qualifications

· Degree educated, preferably in finance or business related subject.
· Fluent In Spanish, proficient level of English, PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
· Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
· Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
· Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
· Good judgment and problem solving skills
· Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
· Ability to work both independently and as a team player
· Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
· General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
