Department Description:

Middle Office support for Private Banking business: Distribution of International Funds, Management and Administration of SICAVs, Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds.

Key responsibilities / Job summary :

Distribution of International Funds:

·  Processing clients' orders: receive, verify and input orders.
·  Fund transfers
·  Reconciliation of positions.
·  Daily relationship with our outsourced teams.
·  Monitoring of Static data.
·  Tax forms analysis and submission.
·  Accountancy
·  Payment orders

Additional:

Management and Administration of SICAVS, Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds:

·  Daily reconciliation of cash and portfolio.
·  Trade processing, control of trades, monitoring and booking.
·  Payment orders, accruals.
·  Processing clients orders in the Stock Exchange: receive, verify, input and monitoring.
·  SICAVs shareholders control and monitoring.
·  Daily relationship with our outsourced teams and Spanish custodians.
·  Monthly reconciliation for Alternative vehicles.

Perfil buscado

Essential skills and knowledge:

·  Fluent in Spanish and English
·  Team worker
·  Proactive, committed and with initiative
·  Interested in developing a career in middle office
·  Numerical skills
·  Good knowledge of Excel

Qualifications / degree / years of experience:

·  Economics or Business Administration degree.
·  Preferably, recent graduates or with one to two years experience
